Ramadan workouts - day 7/30! Even though it’s a long work day, I managed Sinead 30 min ab burnout at lunchtime and Mike’s mad leg day an hour before eating. That way I could guzzle my protein shake! I dropped out the HIIT parts and just did legs as I wasn’t trying to be dehydrated. Got it done! Booty bands tomorrow hopefully. Woop woop! Hope my fellow fasting girls had a good day.
