When I WFH I find it so hard to make up steps because I’m chained to my desk! Tbh though, hitting the recommended 10k in one day- even when I’m working away from home- feels like a huge accomplishment 😅 So considering today was a WFH day, I haven’t gone on an especially long walk and I loathe running, this is a proud day for me 🤣👟👟 I reckon it’s things being open again that has made a whopping difference - thank goodness for errands, life returning and great weather! How do you usually make up your steps if you’re a desk bunny like me?
