Day 2 Of Week Three!! MY GOODNESS ME, IT WAS A KILLER AND BURNER 🔥😰 Started My Day With 8am #ShredBlast - Jogging Vs Sprints, 8:15am - I Did Nice Yoga and My First Ever Crow Yoga Pose.
