Today is supposed to be and most likely will be a rest day. @deletedmember put a story up of @fitfortheculture saying if this doesn’t make us get up and workout then there is no helping. Honestly i have been feeling down for a few days, working out makes me happy and feel free but today my mind and soul are saying something else but i dont know how to take it. Any advice?
