Woke up today with some serious Doms after Sineads super circuits, brx and Sophie. Legs are growing though! Quads are on a mazza today. Popping. Photos don’t do them justice. Although one is bigger than the other (post knee injury) any advice? Or do I literally just have to work one leg more 😂
