Ramadan day 11 done! About to eat! I thought it’d be a rest day but after being behind my computer all day, I needed to move so did Sinead’s low impact HIIT for 20 in my break and then @deletedmember 50 exercises in 50 mins. One of my faves. You do an exercise once and it’s done! Who else loves it??
