Completely slacked off this week, which at first I was annoyed about and was beating myself up... BUT I’m in the last 3 weeks of my degree and have been on my period. So here’s your little reminder to listen to your body and take that break if you need to!!!!! New challenge coming up, so slowly going to get myself back into it. What are your goals for the week? 💛
