Ramadan day 13! I managed Lauren’s bands class from Tuesday and @deletedmember ‘s circuits from yesterday (what a vibe!). My period started an hour before time to eat lol so I’ll be off fasting till it stops. Looking forward to this booty challenge. I feel it in my knees when doing things like squat holds and split leg lunges despite trying to keep form, but I’ll do what I can. Should we be upping our protein?
