🦵Leg Day🦵 I'm not sure who told me it was a good idea to wear a heavy band on the Stairmaster? After last weeks leg workout, I felt defeated. This week I came back 10x stronger! I’m focusing on my form this week: Lowering and slowing down my reps, increasing my weight and doing fewer exercises.
