OK..can any of the trainers help!? Im seeing some insaaane workout plans for the week. What is the recommended workout time per day? β 60 mins is my absolute max. β€οΈ B2B 20/10 min classes.. makes them feel more smashable! π€Έπ½ββοΈ Finding I work WAY harder in the shorter sessions.
