This morning I caught up on 60 min HIIT vs Weights with @deletedmember from yesterday - omg!! πŸ’¦ Followed by my fave breakfast of all time, *rich roast* PB (if you haven’t tried it, why not?!) on toast with banana, honey and plenty of cinnamon 😍😍😍
