Still on my fasting break and taking advantage by getting in day workouts! Enjoying this Booty challenge. Yesterday I caught up with Ciara’s band class from Monday and the 10 min abs/core and my bum was still sore today. Owwww! Today I did Mike’s glute focused class. Love the low impact and form chats in his classes, and later did 45 mins of HIIT vs Weights from yesterday. Taken my measurements and hoping to see growth in 4 weeks time. Rest day tomorrow! Phew.
