Leg Day🦵🏽 I have battered my legs today. I went up on weight and decided to rep exhaustion on the exercises I am the strongest. My legs were shaking by the end of the workout! I also didn’t complete my whole routine, but I will add those into Monday's gym session. I am looking forward to giving legs/glutes/ hamstrings a rest tomorrow and focusing on my back/arms/sides/core/abs.
