Progress pics today vs day 1 of the squad! Things move slowly for me as I have PCOS but definitely so happy with the results 💪🏼. Have been doing catch up crew since the very beginning from Singapore but looking forward to moving back to London in a few months to actually do some live workouts and see the comments!! 💕
