So this is what calorie counting looks like... Over the next week or so I am really going to challenge myself to follow the recipes on the @Body by Ciara Official food plan. I'm not strict enough when it comes to portions but if I want my fupa to go I really need to start. Here is the Linda McCartney veggie burger recipe with (40g) quinoa and avo - it was delicious π I'm in a battle to reduce fupa and in order to do that my calorie deficit really needs to start deficiting π₯π₯π₯π₯πππ.
