The weekend can begin now after completing our Saturday morning sweat fest with @Sophie Hardy. If it’s not a rest day for you, this is an absolute banger of a class. Thanks for always bringing ☀️ and 🔥 to everything you do Sophie ❤️ Our youngest joined us for the last little while and has got a strong plank on her lol! We want to lead by example for our kiddies in teaching them how important exercise is as part of your daily life and the squad has enabled us to do that.
