Bank Holiday Gains! 🍑 The confidence I walked into the gym with this morning! Guided by @Mike Fitness on catchup. 🔥🔥 Gains were made! The PTs were like who's that girl going in. 😂 But seriously thank Mike for the education. Oh can we have more heavy lifting sessions during the week please? 🙏🏾 Thoroughly enjoyed it!
