Abs/Core & Upper Body/Back/Sides Quick workout today using mainly the cable machine. I checked in on my six-month goals yesterday; one of them was to have abs. I laughed to myself because I’m not sure why I thought it was that easy. The following check-in won’t be a joke 😂 roll on November 😭
