Into the final week of Ramadan and I’m back fasting after a week off where I worked out fuelled up. Now hopefully my body doesn’t go back to fasting day 1 feels lol. So far so good. Managed to do @Sophie Hardy ‘s HIIT vs Weights midday class. I feel more energetic at that time normally and thought - give it a try. Phew! That was tough but amazing at the same time. “It’s not right, but it’s okaaaaay” 🎼🎤
