Hey squad, I am completely lost when it comes to protein shakes but think it is time to get on board. This challenge is getting serious! Needs to be vegan, not a meal replacement but to supplement....any recommendations? I don’t have a fit bit/apple watch or any app recording anything, as I think it would take over my life (I know what I am like) but hoping I can manage protein as part of my healthy diet. All advice welcome - flavour, brands, when to take it etc Thank you 💫
