Killed my legs at the gym yday so did an older session with @deletedmember βœ… Upper body 30 mins and HIIT and abs 30mins πŸ’ͺ🏽 Really recommend if your legs need a bit of a break!! 😊 Still died though! @deletedmember@sinead made me realise some of my abs exercises need a lot of work with form! In the habit of pulling up with my arms instead of hands by head (if that makes sense) Anyone else find this hard? πŸ€”
