Yasss love this big up Ciara and the gang smashed it!!! I want to say a massive fakin thank you to Ciara and all the trainers for making me love exercise first time in my life!! I’ve actually committed to exercise and making time for myself and the results are MAD in a year!! 4 stone lighter, gone down a few dress sizes and I ran a half marathon a few weeks ago which is crazy as I was so UNFIT a year ago. So thank you for pushing us and for the girl power 💗💗💗💗 also big up the squad and nice to be connected to everyone now 💋💋💪🏼💪🏼
