Hey 👋🏻 I’m after some guidance please...when doing booty band exercises on the floor like the leg lifts, side lifts, straight leg lift - where do most people feel the burn? I usually feel it at the side of bum in the stationary leg and only after a while do I feel it in the pumping leg. Should I be feeling the burn in the leg that is elevated doing the pumping or the stationary leg or does it not matter so long as my core is right and body not swinging.
