Do you ever find unplanned workouts to be the best ones? Started off today with a catch up crew session and then I was literally running around Nottingham all afternoon like a headless chicken. Evening plans got cancelled and instead of getting in my head about it I thought I’d smash out a workout and I think they are my best stats in months?! I’m used to my routine of morning and lunchtime lives but catch up crew really pushed me tonight. Switched up the routine for sick results 💪 Pic 2 really speaks for Ciara’s no rest B2B HIIT 🤣
