Monday gang leggoooo! Quite enjoyed tackling heavy lifting last Monday for the first time/ as a way to start the week strong, so went back and had another go this morning! 🏋🏽‍♀️ I’m up to 60KG on my deadlift and squat now (5KG more than last week), but truth be told it doesn’t feel/look as hard as I think it should... I’m shook to go really heavy and fail in public though. I’m also shook to try and lift heavy overhead 🙃 I think I will probably just spectate Ciara’s class on Sunday to get an idea of how/what to do, and then do the class as catch-up next Monday myself. But for now, the rest of this week is dedicated to home workouts - my fav! Excited to have our gracious leader back too! What’s your balance of home & gym this week? 💕
