Saw the midwife today for a sweep to try and get baby moving, you’re encouraged to keep active after it’s done and you often feel crampy so good to take your mind off it by moving...so I just did two of @deletedmember ‘s low impact 20min workouts and feel great for it! The convenience of working out from home is perfect for me in my current sitch! 41 weeks and 2 days, come on baby girl! Ps missing teaching so much! Happy Monday gang 💜
