When my alarm went off at 6am, I did NOT want to workout. I threw a strop and took ages to get ready, but finally did heavy lifting with @Mike Fitness and WHAT A DIFFERENCE to my mood! I even tagged on a little waist shred workout with @deletedmember π¦ I sometimes find it so hard to get rid of that negative energy when the alarm goes off e.g. βIβm tired, I donβt want to work outβ. But I ALWAYS feel better after a workout. Anyways, long post but the point is, get up and get it done where you can! ππ»ββοΈππ₯ a week and half left of this challenge, letβs go! π
