My legs and arse felt as if I had rocks in them from legs/bum with @Mike Fitness yesterday, (this class was one of my favourites!!) and I nearly used this as well as being short of time as an excuse not to do anything today, BUT I remembered how shit I feel when I don’t move so I ran downstairs and did a quick abs & core with @deletedmember and an even quicker abs blas@deletedmember London. I’ve gotta say I’ve really missed these classes. And I need those classes to get rid of my tubby tum so I’m going to make sure I regularly dedicate time for these Also, I’ve just been offered a bag of crisps and I said NO (thank you) #littlebylittle #smallsteps
