Squad pls help... Why is eating healthy / in deficit so so difficult. I have been off track for the last two months I’m struggling so bad with my diet I just can’t get myself together !! In the morning when I do my workout im good but evening comes and I don’t want to cook or even eat healthy food I just want a take away 😩 How do I get out of this cycle :( I want to eat healthy like all u guys 🥺👉🏼👈🏼 :(( xxxx
