Just putting it out there. Was my first time back in the gym on Sunday. I had no idea the confidence Body By Ciara had installed in me. Best believe when some creepy man was eyeing me up non stop whilst I was smashing out my deadlifts I finished my set, turned and stared this man out until HE felt uncomfortable and left🤪 Thank you, thank you, thank youuuu🤩🙌🏼
