Last week, I completely fell off. Energy levels depleted. Lost all love, excitement and motivation for my workouts. This week will be different, a new challenge and some warmer weather on the horizon. I hope that anyone else in the same boat doesn’t beat themselves up about this. We all hit a blip sometimes, our body telling us to slow down momentarily. It’s all about the comeback 🙌🏼🙌🏼
