BODY TRAINING CLUB YEEEE? Couldn’t have come at a more perfect time for me, as today I also start a 4-week nutrition plan with @Mike Fitness 😍💪🏽🏆 Excited to hopefully build what will be a sustainable routine and see some great results! I’ve already trialled one of Mike’s Gym workouts and let me tell you- my calves HURT! Here’s a lil snippet of what he’s got me doing… baring in mind I never touched gym before a month ago 😅 I can’t walk you guys 🤣🤣🤣 But we move!!! Hope y’all have an amazing week ❤️
