I used to be soo scared to up my calories & start eating more, I usually start and get scared seeing my weight increase, now I’m sat here thinking why the hell didn’t I do it sooner 😅 Since the start of the booty challenge I’ve pushed myself to eat more, focusing mostly on my protein intake & the gains have been maaaaad.😻 I’m stronger, feel less lethargic and generally feel sooo much better 💪🏾 So for anyone contemplating increasing their calorie intake, do it !! It’s so worth it. (obviously increase them slowly over a period of time)! 🙌🏾
