Sqaud I need your help! I am fitting on bikinis for Ibiza next month and those lovehandles and that GUT is driving me craaaaaaaazy!!!! How to train this off? I am not seeing a lot of results in this area at all. I was thinking of doing a 5day juices only which will make me lose like 3-4kgs and then focus in weights + protein. Any tips or suggestions? Ps if you are on the island end of June lets meeeet! Love xxx
