Hi everyone. It’s been a month since I last exercised. I’ve damaged a tendon in my knee and it’s refusing to get better. Not being able to exercise is really getting me down. Has anyone else had any experience of this and have any advice? I could probably manage swimming but it’s so difficult to get a session booked and it’s not that convenient. Any class recommendations here that I might be able to manage? Normally I love going mad doing HIIT and weights but it’s not an option right now x
