Gutted I missed most of week 1 for this challenge, but when Aunty Flow is in town, my body just needs to rest π€¦π½ββοΈ Having said that, @deletedmember just killed my booty with last week's split leg vs glutes and bootiful floor work sessions π₯π§‘π₯ it feels GREAT to be back!!!
