Hi girls, So I’ve had quite a nice bank holiday weekend, went to various parks with the husband and kids, lots and LOTS of walking and socialising, and went to a bbq at my brother in law’s today (food was bangin’ 😍😋❤️), and although it passed by beautifully, I’ve not had a chance to do any exercising the whole time which makes me feel so guilty. What makes it worse, is that I’ll be having my lovely but very demanding 6 yr old boy (as well as baby girl) at home this week because of half term, which means I’ll either be having play dates, taking trips out to occupy him or there will be non-stop interruptions and demands the whole time we’re ever all at home, and I can’t help but worry that I won’t be able to do as much if any exercising and the thought of it just kills me....!! Anyone else having this problem right now? Is it ok to cut down or miss a week because of this? Would love to know your thoughts, the guilt is really bugging me... hope you’re all enjoying the glorious sunshine ☀️❤️ x
