A bit late to the ‘back at gym’ posts... I’ve been out of the gym for 1.5 years and was so nervous about going back. I’ve found writing down my whole workout before I go helps so much and going at times when it’s not too busy or full of meat heads😅 lol Although, now I’m struggling to juggle both my home workouts and gym workouts! How does everyone manage their workout splits? 🤷🏽♀️
