Ok so after much deliberation, and speaking to the lovely @Deborah1980 suggesting I do this, I thought it would be good to post up some of my progress pics from the beginning of my journey to now... Please note that some of you may have seen the first before and after pic I’m posting here as @Ciara London did share it on i.g. Some weeks ago, and I try to remain ever modest but after 5 months of healthy eating and a hard slog with the squad, I’m quite pleased with my results so far, despite my obstacles in life (mine being ab separation and working it around family life), this is proof that it can be done, if you want it you just got to go get it.... Girls, you’re all inspirational and I feel privileged to share this journey with all of you 🙏🏼💖 Xx
