If you haven't tried Slow Flow Yoga and meditation 🧘🏾♀️ with our babe @Soul Body by Phoebe on a Thursday evening..... you don't know what you're missing. 💫💕 I LOVE how I feel after. It helps to ease off all the days stresses and the way I fall asleep during meditation is mad lol I promised myself to do yoga every week and this really is helping me with relaxing my mind too because I'm a part time overthinker!!!
