Anyways, I hope you've all smashed week 2 of the BODY TRAINING CLUB!! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ I know we've all been trying to get back into normality, work life, enjoying the weather and a few bbqs and bevvies πŸ˜‰ but this is where we push harder. One thing I've noticed is when I'm doing something difficult, like the stairmaster for instance, I get to a point where I'm like.... "I can't" and I'm ready to stop the machine but as soon as I turn on the other thought at that very point where I wanna give up to I FUKIN CAN AND I WILL..... that's when we overcome and push through it. And the other side is much more rewarding trust me.
