Flew back from Ireland 🇮🇪 yesterday and today was meant to be my first day back after 10 days no training. But my body had other ideas... my whole family back in Ireland are down with a vomiting bug as am I 😭 I swear I haven't had a bug since I used to nanny years ago! Actually forgot how draining it was 🤢so might need another day rest before I ease myself I it. You guys are killing the sessions 🙌 I'm like a proud mammy 🤣 so flat 7up and dioralyte for me!
