I am on a long “working” holiday. I’ve made a conscious effort to stay as consistent as I can with working out (lucky to have driven so weights in car) but also to really enjoy my food and drinks. Today, in the mirror of the bnb I had a moment of actual confidence with my body inspite of the over indulgence. That’s squad life. Posed, yes. Filter, yes. Hard work 💯.
