The first time I’ve gone for a morning walk in a good few weeks 🙇‍♀️ Don’t know about anyone else I’ve found but the past few weeks and the return to “normal” really overwhelming Last week I had a full office week for the first time since lockdown 1 and it took it out of me so much I got home at 8pm and went straight to bed every day 😴 However I think the lack of exercise last week got me down more than anything else even though I was exhausted, it confirmed that exercise helps regulate my mood and genuinely keep me happy 🏋️‍♀️ HATE to say it but I miss the simplicity of January - April but that’s no excuse and I’m posting in here to hold myself accountable … SO back to it!!! Back to daily walks, 10k step goal, training twice a day and eating healthily ✅ GOT THIS!!!!!!
