Yesterday I opted for 500 crunches in one sitting and it was πŸ˜³πŸ™ƒπŸ˜³πŸ™ƒπŸ˜³πŸ™ƒ Today I’m opting for 300 in the morning (done! βœ…) and 200 in the evening to try and trick my brain into feeling like the second round will be light work 🀣 How are you getting through them each day?
