Accountability / honesty post If I don’t workout in the morning, I know that realistically I’m not going to. For me, it’s the best way to start the day and doing it first thing means I can put my everything into it, I feel energised and mentally that bit lighter. Today I don’t know what happened but it’s like something just wasn’t right. I had an early start and couldn’t get my workout in and all I could think about was that I hadn’t done it, all day that’s the one thing that was on my mind. So I got home, and did it. I don’t know where that motivation and drive came from, I might not do another evening workout in a hurry, but today I did and feel so much better knowing that I moved my body, and I did it for me ❤️ Back, biceps & triceps @Mike Fitness ✔️ 500 crunches ✔️
