I’ve been feeling sorry for myself for the last week after spraining my ankle playing tennis. I still haven’t been able to put weight on it and the thought of not being able to workout for a while makes me so sad (never thought I’d be the one to say that lol) Even though I’m slyly jealous of all your workout posts, it’s also so encouraging and amazing to see. I can’t wait to get back to it, hopefully I won’t have to wait too long 🤞🏼 P.s. luckily I can still do the 500 rep ab challenge and I’ve been loving it! 💗
