Sprained ankle 😭😭😭😭 Did it yesterday mid toe taps. Migrated backwards into a table and rolled it. Hit the deck shouting Nooo ciara man down, man down. Wait for me 😂. Suffice to say I tried to carry in but had to stop. Fingers crossed it heals fast.
