Just caught up on yesterday’s HIIT VS Weights & added 200 crunches in at the end, to get my 500 in for the day! 💪🏽 Literally sticking to this 500 crunches a day challenge for as long as possible! 🤣 I can already notice a slight difference from just doing it all week! 😅
