Squad just wanted to say any postpartum ladies that are unable to do the ab challenge you can modify the challenge by practicing hollowing positions which is great for the transverse abdominal muscles and this is safe to do straight from birth. Prenatal ladies you could do the superman or modified plank. I’ll put some videos on my insta story if you’re not sure how to do any of these. Core is so important pre and post birth so let’s get involved in the challenge too! ❤️❤️❤️
